Thanks 2010 you were good to me

So 2010 was a fantastic year for me and my little family. so here are some of the highlights from my awesome year! Thanks to my friends, family and especially my new husband, I love you times a million!

 Weekend away to Milwaukee, trip was eh...but I just love spending a whole weekend with Luke!!!

So pretty much 2010 kicked ass, and i'm looking forward to new adventures and new memories. Back to NY, back to my friends and family (though...I will def miss my Chicago friends a lot)

First Mr. & Mrs. Christmas

So this was our first Christmas as husband and wife! We spent it at home with our kitty, opening lots of presents, eating way too much food and just having a good time.  I did have a killer cold so I was a little blah but I think I kept my energy up for the whole day! I took a loooong needed nap yesterday which helped a bit!

Is the fast forward button pressed?

So yeah....I'm behind....buuuuut my news years resolution will be to blog more! I also plan on having my etsy store up before the end of the year! So what has been going on is....lots of school work. As of Monday I am a college graduate.....go figure. Its really really scary to me....and sad. I had to say goodbye to teacher who meant a lot to me and also some new friends that unfortunately I only got to know this semester. BIG boo.

 We decorated shirts! and my teacher even gave us some with her drawings on them.

so thats whats going on right now. Christmas presents all wrapped and under the tree!! (pictures tomorrow) and I am finishing up my comic book tomorrow. so yeah...then i'm all done.

So I turned 25 on Thursday....and thanks to my amazing husband and awesome friends I had a great day.

Then I was taken out to breakfast to one of my new favorite brunch places, Yolk. The food is amazing. I would love to eat there every morning.

Then we went to Dave & Busters!

We played games for about 2 hours....and had a BLAST! Its so much fun with luke...he really is like a kid and I always have lots of fun playing games with him. We also got to play this awesome new pirate game which I loved. In the end we got so many tickets we didn't know what to do with them....so I got a mini Bop it and we just left all happy and satisfied.

We then headed downtown to go to the German Christmas festival, Christkindlmarket. We go every year...its always the same but I love it. we shopped around and got amazing hot chocolate.

One of the top things I wanted to do was ride the Holiday train. Its a regular CTA train but totally decked out for Christmas...with a real santa in the center and "elves" handing out candy in each train.

Then we went out bowling with a group of friends. I had an amazing time. Lots of drinking, pizza and bowling. Here are a ridiculous amount of photos for you to tell the story.
