Me: Jennifer, originally from Long Island, NY but currently residing in Chicago, IL while I painfully draw out my education. I just married my best friend and the greatest man i've ever met in June, Luke.....who I am sure will pop up in this from time to time. I'm an artist, craftster and complete nerd. I read an insane amount, mostly because of hours spent on public transportation, and I watch too many movies/tv shows so there is always something on during my projects. I will pretty much read or watch anything. (suggestions are my favorite!)Okay so for a little while I want to get the stuff I have worked on.....out there...whatever that may mean. soooooo.....cos I am currently at work I will post the stuff I have with me.
These are the graphics I worked on for our wedding
These were our favors. The cd was a mix of songs that went through the years of dating ending with the wedding. I drew the cover art and I reprinted an excerpt from my comic book 'Swimming with Whales'.
Our wedding invitation. This was a project that nearly killed me....haha. So the cover is an etching and each is hand printed. Then there are some of the graphics from the inside.
